For a week in July, Isabella joined us from a local secondary school to explore careers in horticulture. She wrote a diary each day which was posted on our social media channels.

At the end of her placement Isabella said

"I'd encourage students to consider doing something completely different for their work experience placement. I didn't realise that there were so many different roles in horticultural businesses such as Hardy's. I've explored propagation, potting, mail order, retail sales and administration. I've really enjoyed my week with Hardy's and have used the time here to learn more about horticulture and have further developed my photography portfolio"
