Helenium 'Sahin's Early Flowerer'

'Sahin's Early Flowerer' is much sought after for its delicious and varying mix of yellows and oranges within each plant's flowers. One of the first Helenium to bloom in early summer, it just keeps going on and on into mid autumn.
Hardy and versatile, it is a wonderful ingredient for naturalistic prairie-style planting, but more than holds its own in an herbaceous border, needing no staking. Capitalise on its fabulous colouring by combining it with blues, purples, browns and oranges for a rich, lush scheme. It prefers a good soil, nutrient-rich, moist and free-draining in a sunny location.
