Plants are dispatched in growing condition and may not be in full flower. If too tall to pack safely, we may cut them back — this helps them establish more quickly. Read our Mail Order FAQs.
Clusters of rich red flowers with a strong cerise hint appear in late summer over mid-green, finely divided foliage. Part of the Tutti Frutti Series, ‘Pomegranate’ retains its colour well even as the flowers begin to fade.
A good choice for the front of a hot border or as a container plant for a sunny terrace, ‘Pomegranate’ spreads readily and suits mass planting. Easy to grow, drought tolerant and long-flowering, this compact achillea thrives in well-drained soil of moderate fertility.

Plant Notes

Care Guide:
Achillea is drought tolerant once established but dislikes heavy, wet clay over winter. Cut back after the first flush of flowers to encourage repeat-flowering. Divide clumps every three to four years to keep plants vigorous.
