Plants are dispatched in growing condition and may not be in full flower. If too tall to pack safely, we may cut them back — this helps them establish more quickly. Read our Mail Order FAQs.
The soft yellow flowers of this statuesque Yarrow are held in gently domed clusters on tall stems above greyish-green foliage, ageing gracefully to cream as the season progresses. Great for attracting bees and hoverflies, it will stay upright into late autumn, extending its season of interest.
A must for a cottage garden border, it also combines beautifully with dark brown grasses for a prairie-inspired planting. An excellent cut flower too. It grows best in free-draining, fertile soil in full sun.

Care Guide:
Achillea is drought tolerant once established but dislikes heavy, wet clay over winter. Cut back after the first flush of flowers to encourage repeat-flowering. Divide clumps every three to four years to keep plants vigorous.
