Echinacea purpurea 'White Swan'
Height x Spread: 90cm x 30cm
Shuttlecock-like flowerheads with white pointed gently reflex petals that surround a bold cone of toffee orange.
Tough, hardy and easy to grow, this lovely 'coneflower' will go on flowering from mid summer through to September with regular deadheading. However, retain some of the seedheads as they stay upright over winter and look amazing dusted with frost. Perfect for cutting, 'White Swan' is a great choice for a cottage or wildlife garden too attracting butterflies in the summer and birds over the winter.
It performs best in a good soil, moist with some drainage in sun.
