This beautiful clear pink Astrantia was bred by a wonderful gardener from Lancashire, and is a choice plant for the garden.
Plant it in groups or drifts through the front to middle of the border in a partially shaded or sunny position. It needs a fertile soil that is moisture retentive to thrive, but will reward you by flowering for a long period in summer. Easy to grow, it forms tidy clumps that are easily split after a few years.
