Coreopsis verticillata ‘Moonbeam’ is a compact Whorled Tickseed producing a long succession of soft lemon-yellow, star-shaped flowers from late summer, held on slender, wiry stems above fine, feathery foliage. Its soft, pale lemon colouring combines easily with warm oranges, pinks, and purples in a late-season border.
It thrives in full sun and tolerates partial shade, provided the soil is well-drained; it dislikes waterlogged conditions in winter. Well suited to the front of a border or raised bed.
