Hylotelephium 'Oriental Dancer'

Launched in 2016, 'Oriental Dancer' has been attracting a lot of attention for its combination of large clusters of intense reddish-pink flowers and lush dusky purple-green succulent foliage.

Floriferous and long-flowering from late summer into autumn, its rich foliage is a great early and mid season bonus offering delicious colour and contrast to surrounding plants.  Do not be tempted to cut it back in autumn as it stays upright throughout winter, offering structure and much needed seed heads for birds. 

It looks stunning planted in drifts through a gravel or cottage garden, but also makes a great container plant drawing the bees in.  Like many Hylotelephium it thrives in a free draining, poor soil in full sun.
