Symphyotrichum 'Snow Flurry' is a prostrate, ground-hugging Michaelmas Daisy — unusually low-growing for the genus — that in early to mid-autumn becomes smothered in petite white daisy flowers, almost obscuring the mid-green foliage beneath.
An ideal choice for the front of a white border, the edge of a path, or a container, where its spreading habit softens hard edges and suppresses weeds. For contrast and height, combine it with taller Hylotelephium and Stipa tenuissima. It thrives in fertile, free-draining soil in full sun and becomes drought tolerant once established.
