Plants are dispatched in growing condition and may not be in full flower. If too tall to pack safely, we may cut them back — this helps them establish more quickly. Read our Mail Order FAQs.
Tall flower spikes covered in masses of soft lilac hanging bells throughout summer — a graceful and generous plant for the middle of a border. Closely related to Campanula, it has the same charm but with a slightly more upright habit.
Easy to grow and long-flowering, it adds delicate vertical structure to a border. The soft lilac tones are particularly effective with cool whites and deep purples, or warmed by clear yellows. Best in full sun to partial shade in moist but well-drained soil.
