The tall flower spikes of this plant are covered in masses of lilac hanging bells in summer. Very easy to grow, it will flower its socks off all summer.
Ideal for the middle of a border, adding delicate vertical structure and soft colour that looks good with yellows, deep purples, pinks and whites. Great at forming good clumps that will require regular splitting about every 2-3 years. This cottage garden staple prefers full sun to part shade and is tolerant of many soil types.
