Commonly known as Giant Cowslip, Primula florindae is native to Tibet. Broad oval leaves form a neat rosette at the base of tall, slender stems, which bear large clusters of dainty, nodding, yellow bell-shaped flowers with a wonderful fragrance.
Well suited to perfumed and wildlife gardens, it prefers moist, acidic to neutral soil alongside watercourses or in bog conditions, in sun or partial shade.
