Nerine 'Isobel’ boasts bold cerise curly lily-like flowers during autumn, on sturdy upright stems. Initially bare stemmed, strappy, linear leaves appear after the funnel-shaped flowers.
Isabel adds impact to hot, sunny borders, in moist but well drained soil, in a sheltered situation. Bulbs should be planted with the neck of the bulb sitting above the soil line. Protect in colder areas over winter. Excellent for pots on the patio, gravel and courtyard gardens and can be planted close to sunny walls, normally a difficult position for plants to succeed in. Perfect for use as cut flower, bringing colour to your late autumn indoor floral displays.
