Semiaquilegia Australian form
Height x Spread: 45cm x 30cm
Dainty pink and white flowers appear during spring, over low mounds of green, fern-like foliage. Closely related to the Aquilegia, this native Australian, short-lived perennial has slightly smaller flowers without spurs.
It looks beautiful planted in groups at the front of a cottage garden border, but works equally well grown beneath shrubs and roses, hiding their bare stems. An unfussy plant, Australian Form will happily grow in any reasonably good soil. It prefers a sunny or partially shaded situation.
Available for Mail Order from April - July
