Achillea 'Moonshine'

This plant's very soft grey foliage contrasts well with the intense yellow flowers that are produced in early summer.

One of the earliest flowering varieties of cultivated Yarrow, it is much prized for its ability to combine brilliantly with strong blues, purples and pinks, adding a real zing to the border.  In addition it is long flowering, cuts well for arrangements and can tolerate periods of drought. This striking plant requires free draining soils and a sunny site to thrive.
