Plants are dispatched in growing condition and may not be in full flower. If too tall to pack safely, we may cut them back — this helps them establish more quickly. Read our Mail Order FAQs.
Clusters of rich ruby-red flowers are held high on branching stems above mid-green, finely cut foliage, from June through to September.
Reliable and long-flowering, ‘Ruby Wine’ adds a delicate, airy richness to cottage garden borders and herbaceous planting, and combines beautifully with ornamental grasses. Best in full sun in free-draining soil, though it will tolerate a little light shade.

Care Guide:
Achillea is drought tolerant once established but dislikes heavy, wet clay over winter. Cut back after the first flush of flowers to encourage repeat-flowering. Divide clumps every three to four years to keep plants vigorous.
