Coreopsis 'Schnittgold' — commonly known as Tickseed, and hailing from the Americas — produces cheerful, vibrant yellow daisy flowers throughout summer. Originally developed for cut flower growers, its long stems and long-lasting blooms make it equally at home in flower beds and borders.
A true sun lover, it is happiest in well-drained soil and dislikes being waterlogged, especially in winter. Note that it is a short-lived perennial.
