Crocosmia 'Paul's Best Yellow' has gorgeous golden-yellow, outward-facing blooms borne in clusters on tall, arching stems above the green, sword-shaped leaves of this clump-forming perennial.
This form of Montbretia can cope in any reasonable soil, providing it is planted in sun or partial shade and the soil does not dry out during summer or become waterlogged. The corms can easily be divided in spring to reinvigorate the plant.
