Delphinium Black Knight Group

'Black Knight' bears large, almost opulent dark violet/blue flowers with a dark eye on tall, imposing spikes above attractively cut green foliage. This Larkspur is known for its height and depth of blue colour.

It looks amazing planted in groups within a sunny border, where it will draw the eye, adding early summer structure and panache. Once the first flush of flower spikes have faded, cut them out at their base to encourage further flowering in late summer. This iconic cottage garden plant will thrive in a rich, fertile soil in the sun.
