Delphinium King Arthur Group

'King Arthur Group' has impressive spikes of satin-like dark inky blue flowers highlighted with a white centre above strongly cut green foliage. You can encourage a second flush of flowering in late summer by removing the first flush of flower spikes as soon as they fade.

This perennial is lauded as one of the cottage garden stalwarts for good reason, delivering impact, height and a wonderful blue colour to the border.  It also cuts well for arrangements. This larkspur grows best in a rich, well-drained soil in full sun.

All parts of the plant are poisonous.
