Dianthus arenarius 'Little Maiden'

'Little Maiden' is a highly scented, dwarf pink that puts on a fireworks display of very frilly, pure white flowers over neat, domed blue-green foliage from late summer into autumn.

Its visual delicacy belies its toughness and ease of maintenance. Very hardy and evergreen, it is ideal for a rockery, scree garden, or green roof, and makes a charming front-of-border plant. It thrives in full sun in well-drained, alkaline to neutral soil.
