Echinacea ‘Green Jewel’ produces gorgeous lime-green blooms in midsummer — the unusual shuttlecock-shaped flowerheads contrast beautifully with yellows, reds and oranges, and last well into autumn.
Plant in well-drained but moisture-retentive soil in a sunny position. Suitable for coastal gardens. Looks superb in prairie-style planting schemes or cottage gardens — give Echinaceas plenty of space, as they resent competition from neighbouring plants.
