Geranium 'Brookside'

A modern cultivar delivering intense mid-blue flowers with white centres and reddish veins, over deeply divided mid-green foliage. Among the longest-flowering and brightest blue Geraniums available, it is also a reliable favourite with bees.

Its upright and spreading habit makes it ideal for underplanting roses and suppressing weeds at the front of a border. Cutting back after the flowers fade in midsummer will encourage a second flush of blooms. Versatile and easy to grow, it thrives in sun or partial shade in fairly fertile, well-drained soil — though it will tolerate full shade, where its habit becomes more lax.
