Geranium ‘Elke’ is a compact, gently creeping cranesbill producing a profusion of large flowers with mid-pink petals, pale edges, and delicate dark pink veining, held above a mat of deeply cut dark green leaves. Flowering prolifically all summer, the foliage then turns wonderful shades of red in autumn — giving two seasons of interest in one plant.
Perfect for the front of a cottage garden border, edging a path, or in a gravel garden. With time it develops good drought tolerance, thriving in free-draining soil in full sun or partial shade.
