'Patricia' produces an abundance of large magenta-pink, saucer-shaped flowers with dark reddish-purple centres and veins over mid-green, deeply cut foliage. An added bonus to its long and floriferous summer flowering period is its autumn show, when the leaves turn all shades of red.
A great plant for impact in the middle of a border, it looks stunning with lime green and orange. This easy, low-maintenance plant benefits from a trim in midsummer to remove faded flowers and foliage, encouraging further blooms. Much beloved by bees and butterflies, it will grow in any reasonably fertile, well-drained soil in sun or partial shade.
