'Dawn to Dusk' belongs to the upright grandiflora group of catmints, which hold their stems without staking. Soft pink flowers on dark stems rise above aromatic grey-green foliage — a more unusual combination in the genus — flowering from summer through to autumn. Trim back after the first flush of blooms to encourage repeat flowering.
Plant towards the middle of a sunny border in free-draining soil; it dislikes clay. It is otherwise unfussy and consistently attractive to bees and other pollinators throughout the season.
