Plants are dispatched in growing condition and may not be in full flower. If too tall to pack safely, we may cut them back — this helps them establish more quickly. Read our Mail Order FAQs.
A great foliage plant, Pseudodictamnus mediterraneus ‘Candia’ forms compact cushions of small, soft, rounded leaves on furry white stems. In early to mid summer, tiny pink flowers appear along the stems in the leaf axils.
Trim to 2.5cm above the previous year’s growth in spring once frosts are over to maintain its neat appearance. Well-drained soils suit it best — an excellent choice for gravel and rock gardens, and it can also be grown in containers, though it dislikes cold, wet winter conditions.
