Pulmonaria 'Trevi Fountain' puts on long displays of cobalt-blue, bell-shaped flowers throughout spring, above carpets of silver-spotted, dark green foliage that form an attractive mound beneath the blooms.
A superb ground-cover perennial for banks, slopes and border edges, it also thrives in woodland areas and dappled shade. Pulmonaria prefers a humus-rich, moisture-retentive soil. Shearing the leaves back after flowering will encourage a fresh burst of new growth.
