Rudbeckia laciniata 'Herbstsonne'

Tall, branching stems bear large, golden-yellow daisy flowers, each with a distinctive green cone, from late summer into autumn. Broad, lance-shaped leaves clothe the upright stems, and given time ‘Herbstsonne’ will form impressive clumps.

Happy in any reasonably fertile soil in a sunny position, it’s ideal for prairie-style planting or adding bold height to the back of a border. Divide in autumn to keep clumps vigorous.
