‘Fama White’ is a standout cultivar from the Fama Series, developed specifically for its large blooms. It produces stylish pure white pincushion flowers each around 9cm wide, with paper-like, slightly frilled petals held on strong, willowy stems above grey-green foliage.
Long flowering from June through to September, this cottage garden stalwart is perfect for adding crisp white highlights to a border, combining beautifully with airy ornamental grasses, Salvia ‘Indigo Spires’ and Agastache. Very popular with florists for its eye-catching flowers and strong stems, it is an excellent choice for a cutting or white garden. A veritable bee magnet, it grows best in free-draining soil, preferably slightly alkaline, in full sun.
