Verbascum 'Kynaston'

Saucer shaped pure white blooms, each with a beautiful purple eye, burst into life during the summer. Toothed, ovate, hairy grey-green leaves form tidy basal rosettes around the tall, erect stems of this handsome Verbascum. 

A superb plant for hot, sunny borders or gravel gardens, this Mullein thrives in well-drained soils. 'Kynaston' is an imposing Verbascum reaching around six feet in height, it would look stunning in a cottage garden setting or a courtyard garden, adding architectural interest to any flower bed or border with it's strong vertical lines . It may need staking in exposed situations.
