Height x Spread: 100cm x 100cm
Commonly known as Russian Sage, 'Blue Spire' is a bushy deciduous sub-shrub. During late summer small blue tubular flowers cover gorgeous upright white stems, which bear divided grey-green foliage with a wonderful aroma.
Ideal for coastal locations, it thrives in well-drained conditions in full sun or light shade but dislikes winter wet. Gravel gardens and hot sunny borders are ideal. Softwood cuttings can be taken from the plant during the spring.
