Bistorta Alba Junior ('Ifperaj')

Packed with slender spires of white flowers with a hint of palest pink above pointed mid green foliage, 'Alba Junior' has been one of our late season stars this year on the nursery.  Flowering from late August well into November its gentle naturalistic form and soft colour combine well with red Bistorta and Helenium cultivars plus upright ornamental grasses such as Molinia. 

Perfect for the front of a sunny or partially shaded border with a reasonable or moisture retentive soil, this recent introduction is a good candidate for a planter too delivering long lasting colour.
