Description
Campanula lactiflora 'Favourite'
Height & Spread: 60cm x 60cm
'Favourite' has beautiful mop heads of violet, star-like bellflowers which are held high atop upright branching stems during the summer months. Known commonly as the Milky Bellflower, 'Favourite' has ovate shaped leaves with a toothed margin.
This perennial will grow happily in any good, neutral to alkaline well-drained but moisture-retentive soil. When planting choose a sunny or partially shady site, in exposed areas this Campanula will require some support.
