Commonly known as Sea Kale or Sea Cabbage, Crambe maritima has sweetly scented white flowers held on stout flower stems during the summer. This tough clump-forming perennial has large grey/green lobed leaves, with a wavy margin.
Ideal for seaside gardens or well-drained borders in coastal locations, this salt tolerant perennial performs best when planted in full sun. It can be used for wildlife sites and cut-flower borders.
