Galega × hartlandii 'Alba'
Height x Spread: 120cm x 90cm
This white form of 'goat's rue' produces upright spikes of white pea-like flowers on branching stems with feather-like, multi-divided fresh green foliage.
A classic cottage garden plant, it brings texture, structure and illumination to a border and is an obvious candidate for a 'white' garden. Low maintenance and easy to grow, it also makes an excellent cut flower. If you do not want it to self-seed, just cut out stems after they finish flowering. Unfussy, it will grow in any free draining soil, preferably with some moisture, in a sunny or partially shaded situation.
