Geranium phaeum 'Misty Samobor'
Height x Spread: 80cm x 40cm
This Beth Chatto introduction is best suited to sun or partial shade; once established it will even tolerate dry shade. It is a deciduous, clump forming perennial, its cream flowers with a hint of pink are held on tall stems. Each deeply cut leaf is splashed with an intense purple/black pattern.
A great plant for beneficial pollinators, this Geranium will fit happily into a variety of situations. Fully hardy and of little interest to deer or rabbits it lends itself to gravel, wildlife, woodland, cottage and informal gardens.
Flowers appear from May to June.
