Geranium pratense 'Cloud Nine'PBR
Height x Spread: 80cm x 50cm
A very pretty Geranium, 'Cloud Nine's' soft pale blue flowers are packed with ruffled petals that gently unfurl to reveal lime green stamens at their centre. Held in loose clusters on tall stems with deeply cut fresh green foliage, from May until July they put on an unashamedly romantic display of blooms, often producing a second flush in early autumn if the first flush is cut back hard.
Recently introduced, this award-winning hardy perennial would enhance any cottage garden or herbaceous border, just imagine it with white Paeonia and Sidalcea 'Elsie Heugh' - scrumptious! But make room for it too in your cutting garden as it lasts well in arrangements. Said to be rabbit and slug proof, bees on the other hand love it. 'Cloud Nine' does best in full sun or part shade in any reasonable soil.
