Viola sororia 'Priceana' (Vt)
Height x Spread: 15cm x 30cm
Commonly known as the Confederate Violet, 'Priceana' has a mat-forming, spreading habit. Stunning large white blooms have a blue centre with prominent blue veins, during the spring. Heart-shaped leaves create a green carpet of foliage beneath these stunning blooms.
Ideal for ground cover, in partial shade and a good soil. Plant towards the front of your borders to enjoy the flowers to the full. Regularly deadheading will encourage longer flowering, or if you wish leave some to go to seed to increase numbers.
