Geranium 'Blue Cloud'
Height x Spread: 90cm x 170cm
'Blue Cloud' is a relatively new Geranium, discovered as a chance seedling, it was introduced by David Hibberd of Axletree Nurseries. In 2004 it was awarded an RHS Award of Garden Merit. The pale blue flowers have narrow petals with fine dark blue-purple veins, they are held over a tall mound of finely divided green leaves, from May until July.
This highly floriferous Geranium is ideal for underplanting roses, its slow spreading growth habit provides good ground cover. After the flowers have faded cut back all growth to almost ground level to encourage a fresh flush of leaves.
