Tulipa 'Spring Green'
40cm tall viridiflora tulip Flowering in May
'Spring Green' is one of our great favourites here at the nursery. Its simple but elegant goblet-like flowers, with white petals painted with a central fresh green brush stroke, last well in the garden and combine well with most colours. It looks particularly sophisticated combined with other fresh green foliage such as Lamprocapnos spectabilis 'Alba' or spring flowering Euphorbia and will light up in front of an evergreen hedge. Like other Tulipa it performs best in a fertile, free-draining soil.
