Helianthemum 'Rhodanthe Carneum'
Height x Spread: 25cm x 45cm
During the summer 'Rhodanthe Carneum' produces large saucer-like, light pink flowers with a pale yellow eye, which stand over a delightful mound of silvery/grey foliage. This is a low growing shrub-like perennial which forms a neat mat.
Helianthemum is an excellent plant for softening the edges of pathways or paved areas. It is perfect for rockeries, gravel gardens or alpine beds. A well-drained soil and a sunny spot in the garden is essential for this plant to thrive. Prune lightly after flowering to keep the plant tidy.
