Indigofera kirilowii
Height x Spread: 60cm x 80cm
Despite its size, this small shrub is a bit of a showstopper with a stunning late spring into summer display of hanging clusters of purplish pink flowers rather like a Wisteria, which sing out against fresh green pea-like foliage.
It is also a Native to China, it will slowly creep forming attractive and useful groundcover with the added bonus of stunning yellow autumnal foliage colour. Hardy, in very cold winters it may need further protection to prevent stems dying off.
