Hemerocallis Corky has a vibrant sunshine yellow trumpet flower on upright stems, during mid-summer and has grassy green foliage, which maybe evergreen all year round, this particular variety is an oldie but goodie.
Pick a sunny spot with a good, moisture retentive soil and Corky will thrive in your borders and beds. but is equally suited in a prairie border or courtyard garden. Cut back flower stems after flowering has finished. Remove dead foliage as required. Divide this plant every four to five years in late summer or autumn.
