Achillea ptarmica 'Boule de Neige' (The Pearl Group)
Height x Spread: 90cm x 60cm
This variety of Achillea has a button-like flower shape with double white flowers in mid summer, which contrast well with the dark green finely cut foliage. Tall and elegant, it produces lots of flowers over a long period in mid summer and is a great way to lighten the impact of denser and darker planting.
Reliable and low maintenance, it also cuts well for vases. It prefers full sun but is tolerant of light shade and most soil types, including heavy clay.
