Alstroemeria Inca Vito ('Koncavito'PBR) (Inca Series)
Height x Spread: 100cm x 60cm
Dramatically large flowers appear on this tidy compact plant all through the summer, making it very useful for adding punches of blood red to the middle of a 'hot colour' themed border, or a large container. It also combines well with oranges, whites and purples.
To encourage more flowers, rather than cutting off the old ones, pull the whole flowering stem from its bottom away from the plant. It prefers a reasonably good soil, but will tolerate shade. A shade tolerant flowering plant is always a bonus.
