The straplike foliage of this plant is very narrow and stays in small tidy clumps. The flower spike appears in mid summer and is quite dainty.
This plant is ideally suited for the gravel garden liking free draining soil and full sun. They do take time to become large clumps.
All parts of this plant are toxic.
