Artemisia ludoviciana 'Valerie Finnis'

This has to be the best silver foliage perennial for the sunny border, almost bright silver-white when young. It does have small yellow flowers, but as they add nothing to the overall display I suggest cutting these off.
Named for one of the most knowledgeable and generous gardeners, who was always willing to help other gardeners, especially young ones. This perennial is easy to grow and regular splitting of plants will keep it tidy. As its foliage colour suggests, it loves full sun and is ideal for a coastal, Mediterranean or gravel garden.
