Geum 'Rijnstroom'
Height x Spread: 50cm x 45cm
Warm copper-orange semi-double flowers with wavy petals are held in sprays on hairy, branching stems that emerge from mounds of mid green leaves. This easy to grow Geum really draws the eye.
A delicate but cheerful addition to the front of a cottage garden border, its natural looking form will enhance more informal settings such as woodlands. It also looks wonderful planted close to a stream or a pond in damp, but well-drained soil, where its reflections can be enjoyed. Divide every three years to maintain the plant's vigour and condition. It thrives in a sunny or lightly shaded site in most cool, moist soils with average to good fertility and drainage.
