Libertia chilensis
Height x Spread: 80cm x 60cm
Linear lance-shaped foliage, much like an Iris, forms an impressive clump at the base of this perennial. Above the evergreen foliage, delicate, dainty, vibrant white flowers appear on tall wiry stems in late spring/ early summer.
Libertia chilensis provides year round structural interest. Best when planted in a reasonably fertile, moist soil but well-drained and in a sunny situation. During the spring, cut or pull out any of the unwanted, old brown foliage.
Synonym: Libertia grandiflora
